RAN NUMBER REQUIRED FOR ALL EXCHANGES & RETURNS
In order to process your exchange and returns, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RAN") number before sending anything back to us. To request a RAN number, simply contact one of our representatives during office hours by calling us at:
RETURN POLICY –
Exchanges may be made on a case per case basis and require an RAN. Exchanges must be in the same condition as shipped (i.e. not cut, washed or any alterations of any kind) and must be of even yardages (i.e. 1yd, 2yd, 3yd, etc). There are no restocking fees for exchanges. Sorry, we cannot exchange after 30 days from the day of purchase.
Returns may be made on a case per case basis and require an RAN. Returns must be in the same condition as shipped (i.e. not cut, washed or any alterations of any kind). There is a 25% restocking fees for returns and must be of even yardages (i.e. 1yd, 2yd, 3yd, etc). We do not accept returns on discounted, sale items or fleece cuts of 2 yards or less. No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to copyright issues patterns and books may not be returned.
All shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that we ship you the wrong items. The following guideline applies to orders where customers received free shipping:

If you have received an incorrect item(s), please call us @ 1-618-662-3391, so we may immediately begin to correct the error.
Customers with a RAN number who request a refund can expect to be refunded in the method in which you paid within 7-14 business days of our receipt of their return after we received the items back from you.
