Click Here Q: How do I cancel an order that I have placed? A: You MUST call us at (618) 662 - 3391 to cancel an order. If it is during off hours please leave a voice mail including your name and order ID. During work days you may have as little as an hour to cancel your order. ATTN: E-mail is not an appropriate channel for order cancellations. Q: I placed an order but my cart said $0 and that I should receive an e-mail within 30 minutes verifying if my order actually went thru. A: This is an elusive browser cache issue on some older computers/browsers that seems to cause our cart software to empty itself and thus doesn't process an order. Our computers are very new and kept up-to-date and perhaps because of this, I have been unsuccessful attempting to reproduce this cache error. Unfortunately Cache errors are completely out of our hands and it's the responsibility of each user to properly maintain their temporary internet files and cache. Below is how you can clear your cache so you can place an order online. If you are experiencing this cache error, you
might need to clear your browsers cache/temporary internet files. You
can do this in Internet Explorer (IE v7 the latest version) by opening
IE, then in the top of the browser there are options such as File,
Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help. Click on tools. It will
drop down a menu, at the bottom of this menu click "Internet Options".
Once you open Internet Options, in the middle is an area labeled BROWSER
HISTORY and a big button that reads, "delete". Please click this
delete button. This will open up more options/buttons to specify what
you which to delete. Click the delete Temporary Internet Files,

any time between Q: What are your shipping & handling fees? A: USPS raised postal rates again and as such we had to raise our domestic shipping by to compensate and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Some fabrics such as fleece require large boxes to ship and may require additional shipping. If you have any shipping questions feel free to call us at (618) 662 - 3391. WE ONLY SHIP VIA USPS. We cannot ship via UPS or FEDEX due to our location.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes we do! International shipping charges will not show up on your initial e-mail invoice because we have to first weigh the fabric to find out the cost to each individual country. Q: Can you ship using the Global Priority Flat Rate Envelope? A: We can fit up to 6 yards of regular cotton fabric into an envelope. The USPS has informed us that when we attempt to put more into the envelope it is "overstuffed" and refuse to mail it. The cost of the Flate Rate Envelope is $11 for almost every country. Canada the FR postage is only $9. Q: Do you have any kind of shipping insurance? A: Insurance is now mandatory on all domestic orders. We have tried different ways of applying insurance and we currently feel it is in the best interest of our customers to require insurance on all orders. Keep in mind we cannot make a total loss claim until 30 days have passed without delivery. We cannot issue a claim on any package that the post office has confirmed delivery. Q: What is INS/Track & Confirm? A: We insure your packages at the same rate as Post Office insurance. Track & Confirm is a free additional service. If you enter in your e-mail correctly when placing an order, you will receive a tracking number from usps.com. Tack & Confirm provides current delivery status information with pick up time and confirmation of delivery. Although international orders have a tracking number, it only provides proof of shipment. Q: What is the minimum fabric cut? A: 1 Yard Q: How do I know what the fabric is made out of? A: All fabrics are 100% cotton unless otherwise noted. Q: How wide are your fabrics? A: They are 44/45 Inches unless otherwise noted. Q: When are orders processed & shipped? A: All orders placed during business days are processed that day. All weekend orders are processed the following business day. Q: Can you ship via "Next Day"? A: No. It has been our experience that because the USPS doesn't guarantee next day because they can't deliver the next day. Priority mail arrives in two days generally and is more than sufficient for our orders. Q: I see you have a lot of patterns/kits online. Can you custom make kits for patterns that you have no kits for sale? A: Yes we can! Your order may be delayed a few days in order to create the kit, however it is definitely something we do. Q: How often is your site updated? A: Usually we upload new items to the site daily. So come back often! Q: Do you have sales and promotions? Of course we do! We send out semi-weekly newsletters in addition to news bulletins on our front page. So bookmark us! Q: Do you send out swatches? A: Unfortunately we are unable to do this at this time. You can however call or e-mail us to verify the colors of fabrics.
